Chloe Kwok
A bit about me
I am a Taiwanese-born Canadian woman in my mid-twenties, currently a practicum counseling art therapy student in the Master of Counselling Psychology: Art Therapy program at Adler University. I'm honored to offer counseling, art therapy sessions, and workshops to support BIPOC folks.
What is it like working with me?
Working with me is a collaborative and supportive experience. I strive to create a safe, nurturing environment where you feel heard and understood. My empathetic approach is tailored to your needs, ensuring a personalized therapeutic journey. In our sessions, you will experience humanness and unconditional acceptance.
How can I help?
I provide a space for self-expression and growth. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, or seeking personal development, I am here to support you. My focus is on helping you navigate challenges and achieve your goals.
I am grounded in…
…my commitment to fostering a multicultural and inclusive atmosphere. My practice is rooted in mindfulness and a deep respect for my clients' diverse backgrounds and experiences. As a woman and a second-generation East Asian immigrant, I understand the pull of navigating two cultures. I will listen to your lived experience and honor your story. I believe in the healing and playful power of the creative process, which I find integral to the journey of any artist, individual, or mark-making enthusiast.
